Introduced Feb 2014, the Topaz-X is a compact, stand-alone digital Multi-Channel Analyzer (MCA) for Energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence Analysis.

The PCB board alone is available separately to OEM customers.

Main features:

• 50MHz, 14-bit precision flash ADC
• 100MHz DSP on high-performance FPGA
• Up to 4096 channels spectral memory of 32-bits depth
• Two modes of acquisition: Pulse Height Analysis (PHA) and Multi-Channel Scaling (MCS)
• Analog amplification factor from 1 to 256

bAxil is a complete, full-featured and comprehensive spectrum analysis software for X-ray spectrometry. bAxil also includes elemental quantitative analysis. Using bAxil software, any energy-dispersive X-ray spectrum can be analyzed independently of its excitation and detection technology.
